This role will be onboarded on site in their office in Clare with the opportunity hybrid work thereafter. The primary responsibility is to provide comprehensive support to our marketing team. The individual will be responsible for various administrative and operational tasks, in addition to managing the company's website and social media platforms. This position demands a combination of strong organisational skills and digital expertise to guarantee the efficient implementation of the marketing department's initiatives in line with our strategic goals.

Your new role :

You will assist the Marketing team with customer-related projects including conferences and Customer Events. You will look after the management of the company website, ensuring the content is up-to-date and user-friendly. You will manage and grow our presence on social media platforms, tailoring strategies for each channel to engage with our professional audience. You will align digital marketing content with overall marketing strategies to maintain consistent brand messaging across all channels. You will stay up to date on current marketing trends as well as liaising with designers, PR and media contacts. Brand development will be an important element to the role, and you will be required to collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that digital marketing efforts are aligned with overall marketing and company goals.

What you'll need to succeed :

You will have a minimum of 3 years experience in a Marketing function. Having experience within the aviation industry is advantageous but not a requirement. You will have a diploma or degree qualified in Marketing or related field. You will have experience in project management as well as having high proficiency in English language (verbal and written). You will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential. You will be highly self-motivated with a positive and professional attitude. Proficiency in Word /Excel /PowerPoint is required. You will be a creative thinker and problem solver with strong analytical and financial skills.
