Your new role
In your new role as a Manager of Long-Term Housing will manage the Long-Term Housing service. The service provides support to vulnerable adults exiting homelessness, particularly those with health support needs. You will empower clients by respecting their rights and diversity and treating them with dignity and respect. You will provide effective care and support by acknowledging the challenges your clients face and dealing with situations sensitively. You will coordinate the service, clients and staff in your service and identify the training and development requirements for the Centre.

What you'll need to succeed
To be successful as a Manager you will have a QQI level 7 qualification in Social Care, Youth and Family Studies or another related field. You will have 5 years of Management experience within Social Care. You will have availability to work Monday to Friday. You should have good written, oral and IT skills. Conflict resolution skills and a good understanding of low threshold services and the harm reduction model would make you a strong candidate.
