Maintenance project engineer required for a leading maintenance provider in Dublin and across Ireland.

Your new role
Tasks as determined by the Industrial Director and aligned with the central maintenance standard/best practices, commonly as follows:
- Support and drive the implementation and continuous improvement of the TOM CMMS.
- Provide direct site support to implement and develop the Golden Rules of Maintenance.
- Provide technical support directly to sites where major equipment issues are experienced.
- Undertake regular performance reviews with key suppliers.
- Support the implementation, completion and analysis of the regular maturity matrix audits.
- Attend regular team meetings at venues potentially across the UK and Ireland.
- To attend and actively contribute to regional meetings that cover the defined perimeter.
- To provide direct support to the operations teams at the sites within the defined perimeter, with specific projects and/or significant maintenance related issues (e.g. Industrial Team task force events).
- To actively contribute to collective Industrial Team projects at sites potentially outside of the defined perimeter.
- To provide detailed input to support the capex process, (e.g. data-driven reports that may determine the choice of equipment to be installed).
- To continually review technologies available and propose potential maintenance improvement/equipment reliability improvement projects for the capital investment process.
- Support the projects team to deliver those projects related to maintenance and ensure the benefits proposed are fully realised.
What you'll need to succeed
- Relevant Engineering qualification or similar discipline ( in electrical/mechanical Engineering as a minimum)
- Excellent IT skills (email, all MS Office software including Project and Powerpoint) but especially good skills with Microsoft Excel
- Preferably at least 6 months experience in a laundry operations environment or similar
- Demonstrable implementation/effective use of planned maintenance tools and techniques within a production line environment.
- Ability to work efficiently alone as well as leading projects within a team
- Full driving licence
What you'll get in return
A salary of €55,000 to €60,000 with a fully financed company vehicle.
