Building Services Coordinator - Dublin - Permanent job
An award winning main contractor based in Dublin that have worked on some of the biggest projects in Ireland require a Building Services Manager for a large residential project in the Dublin area. They work on commercial, industrial, data centre, healthcare, hotel and residential projects. They are a company who have a select number of M&E Sub-Contractors and ensure that services installations are of the utmost importance to the construction team.
Key responsibilities:
You will hold a third level qualification or a trade qualification with management experience in mechanical, electrical or building services engineering. Candidates from a consultancy, building contractor or M&E Contractor will be considered for the role.

Key responsibilities:
- Manage & coordinate all phases of the MEP Services project delivery cycle from
- Pre-Construction & Planning, Construction, Testing & Commissioning
- Co-ordinate design team information & details in time for project delivery activities
- Ensure implementation of the MEP deliverables on the project
- Ensure all MEP works are carried out to the highest level of safety.
- Inspect all installation works against the agreed level of the approved quality plan.
- Monitor programmes & review installation progress of MEP services
- Work collaboratively with the design team, MEP subcontractors, and the wider project team
