You will be working in a growing and expanding distributor and wholesaler of electrical products that works with some of the biggest retailers in Ireland. Partnered with global brands, your new company is the representative for those brands in the Irish, UK an EU markets.

Your new role
In your new role you will be assisting the Logistics Manager in day to day logistics operations from Road, Sea & Air freight. Your main responsibilities will be the management of operations across the distribution line, Dealing with 3PL’s to organise inbound / outbound deliveries (EU / Non-EU). Prepare quotes for internal Stakeholders. Managing stock entry, pricing and warehouse reconciliation. Generation and review of stock reports to send to appropriate internal stakeholders. Invoicing Customers, process suppliers and freight invoices. Review current and implement new processes and procedures and Preparation of Monthly Intrastat reports.

What you'll need to succeed
An enthusiastic mindset is essential. 2+ years’ experience in similar role / Supply Chain or Logistics or a Third level business degree, preferably in logistics/supply chain qualification. Experience in Sea, Air, Road freight and express couriers. Fluent in spoken and written English. Excel and Pivot skills. Understanding of FX and multi-currency operations. Excellent organisation, time management and planning skills. Strong communication and verbal & written interpersonal skills.
