What you'll need to succeed
- Company Secretary experience (PA, EA, legal secretary)
- Good at multitasking
- Dealing with a variety of questions
- Dealing with shareholders
- Hosting board meetings
- Work well pressure
- Administrative Support: Manage diaries, arrange meetings, and provide general administrative support to the Company Secretary.
- Board and Committee Support: Prepare and distribute board and committee meeting materials, including agendas, papers, and minutes.
- Company Secretarial Tasks: Assisting with maintaining statutory records, registers, and company filings.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with company laws and regulations, and maintain up-to-date knowledge of corporate governance best practices.
- Research and Analysis: Conduct research on corporate governance matters and regulatory changes.
- Project Support: Contribute to company secretarial projects as required.
