Your new company
Your new company is Ireland's leading independent distributor of engineering materials. This organisation has been growing rapidly since they first opened 16 years ago and continues to do so over the coming years. They believe that people are their most important asset in terms of customer’s and this is filtered down to employees.
Your new role
As the Administrator, you will be the first point of contact to all visitors entering your new company. You will have a broad range of administrative duties such as, filing, inputting data and answering a high volume of calls, assisting the other departments and liaising with different suppliers and customers.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have recent relevant experience as an administrator. You will have a positive and friendly attitude along with the ability to work on your own initiative in a fast-paced environment. You will be immediately available and open to day-to-day cover - as this role is immediate. A background in construction, is preferred. If you have Sage 200, this would be at your advantage.
