Initially you will need to be onsite 4 days a week for training purposes and following that period hybrid working will be on offer. Interpret contracts and distribute updated pricing to customers.

Your new role
In your new role as a Lease Operations Associate you will primarily be responsible for reading newly executed lease contracts/contract amendments and uploading/updating billing information. Timely and accurate generation of monthly invoices to customers as well as weekly status updates to internal team, resolution of any customer billing issues. Ensure timely payment of invoices, dealing with customer billing queries while updating the risk team on issues that may arise. Reporting on key accounts status to the wider team and identifying any key areas for improvement on performance. You will be the contact point for any job-related audits and system development projects.

What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed you will ideally have at least 2 years’ experience working in a similar role in an international environment. You will be a strong communicator, have excellent computer skills and be a dedicated team player.
