Your new company offers a highly controlled supply chain network made up of its own on-site design engineering and logistics teams, metal fabrication facilities and customer specific project management teams. Your new role
When you are successful you will develop lean expertise by working with lean champions in departments and assist less senior lean team members to apply and execute lean principles and tools as well as monitoring lean teams and tool use, deliver organization’s lean training modules, coaching operations and supporting lean teams to apply lean materials flow principles to enhance material flow, prioritising safety and quality in executing assigned duties and communicating lean principles to employees. Training and backing continuous improvement within departments to determine and eliminate waste and provide support as organisation’s lean advocate. Engaging in establishing goals for lean execution and value stream improvement.
What you'll need to succeed
You will need an education to Advanced Cert or higher in Lean, Six Sigma, Industrial or Manufacturing Engineering. You need to be results orientated and driven by improvement, a keen interest in manufacturing is of an advantage as well as good interpersonal and communications skills. You must thrive in a fast-paced environment including having the confidence to lead projects and teams. You must be resilient and capable of overcoming project setbacks.

A competitive salary DOE, benefits include 26 days annual leave. The company may pay the full fee or a contribution fee to course fees on the commencement of the course at the discretion of the management and HR. Eligible for company sick pay benefit on completion of probation period.
