Your new company

Your new company is a global leading financial institution which specialises in providing asset management and fund service solutions. You will be joining a team in Limerick who work on a hybrid basis out of a modern office.

Your new role

Your new role as KYC Analyst is part of the Transfer Agency department. You’ll be joining the Registration team, which looks after creation of investment records and maintenance of client, investor and agent records. This team operates within a highly regulated framework, with high standards of compliance and operational procedures. Your daily responsibilities will be processing registrations and quality checks and assurance activities, and you’ll be interacting with offshore teams as the escalation point for queries.

What you'll need to succeed

To be successful in this role you will need to have prior financial services experience, ideally with understanding of AML/KYC regulations. You will have excellent attention to detail and be a natural process improver. You’ll have experience in customer service and managing internal relationships with a wide range of global stakeholders.

What you'll get in return

You will be offered a 6-month temporary placement which could be extended depending on work volumes and team needs. You’ll be paid an attractive hourly rate, and with a generous annual leave entitlement.
