API Support Business Analyst - Contract - Hybrid
Who will you be working for?
You will be working for one of Ireland's banks, based in South Dublin. They provide a comprehensive range of services to personal, business and corporate customers in their target markets. This role will be on a hybrid basis.
What will you be working on?
You will be working as part of a team who are responsible for managing the support of the banks partners, who leverage a suite of API's to offer financial services to mutual customers. You will actively analyse partner and user feedback and the main recurring issues and will be driving the strategy around the development and enhancement of the API ecosystem and support materials (developer help centre, documentation and guides).
You will also be responsible for case management and resolution of partner needs, troubleshooting and analysing key performance indicators monthly.
What are we looking for?
We are looking to speak with candidates who have a proven ability to quickly understand business strategy and objectives. You will also be well versed in work-load prioritisation and expectation-management in a demanding change and operational environment, and working on API development programmes with a 3rd party IT provider in a multi partner environment is desirable. Furthermore, you will be proficient in documentation and email management. Financial services experience is desirable. Strong communication, presentation and customer relationship management skills are very important for this role.
