This practice provides expert solutions in design, planning & project management to create or transform your dream home or commercial property. They have 2 offices across Limerick and Kerry and, due to demand, have an opening for an Architectural Technologist.

Your new role

As a Technologist, you will be involved in various residential and commercial projects. Preparing and submitting statutory applications, tender packages including drawings, schedules, specifications and construction documentation. Attending meetings with Clients, Design Teams, Contractors and other specialists. Ensuring compliance with Clients’ brief. Adhering to current Irish Planning, Building and Health & Safety Regulations as well as other relevant legislation. Regularly visiting sites and carrying out site inspections.

What you'll need to succeed

You will have a third level degree in Architectural Technology or relevant discipline. The ideal candidate would have 1-3 years' experience. Strong AutoCAD and SketchUp skills. You will have comprehensive knowledge of current building regulations. Design/architectural awareness with detailed knowledge of construction methodologies. A full licence and transport is preferred but not essential for this role.
