A global biopharmaceutical company located in Cork Is looking for an IT Project Manager to join their team for an 18 month contract.

Your new role
The client is undertaking an enterprise-wide transformation initiative to move from Oracle to SAP S/4 HANA for Enterprise Resource Planning. You will work with the program team of experienced OCM professionals focused on the people side of change associated with the ERP transformation program. The goal is to facilitate their transition to new business processes, systems, and technology.

What you'll need to succeed

• BA/BS in relevant and/or related field; advanced degree preferred
• 4 years+ of experience in organizational change management
• Some experience implementing large-scale, transformational ERP financial system programs preferred
• An EEA passport or Stamp 4 visa is required. (No sponsorship provided)
• Certified in Prosci or another Change Management acumen (preferred)

What you'll get in return

• An 18 month contract.
• A daily rate of up to €550 (Dependent on experience)
• You will work in a hybrid model in Cork with 2-3 days on site a week.
• Experience working for a global biopharmaceutical company.
