HVAC Service Engineer - Frankfurt

Due to massive growth - they are seeking three highly skilled and motivated HVAC Service Engineers to join our Global Service Team. task force. The successful candidates will have the opportunity to take their career to the next level by working with global customers all over the world and contributing to the growth and success of our Business Area Services.

Your first project :

• Scope: Commissioning activities for a Data Centre in Frankfort – Germany- following the General Contractor procedures & submitting technical documentation
• Duration: 6 months on rotation (3 weeks/1 week) - fixed-term contract– an open-ended contract will be offered for the right Service Engineers at the end of the 6 months period

Your new Role

• Install and Commission CCUs, CRAHs, CRACs, AHUs for critical applications (data centres, pharma, clean rooms, mog) and indoor climate applications (processing plants) at customer sites.
• Supervise installation and commissioning activities by subcontractors (ours, general contractors' or end-client subcontractors')
• Conduct site visits to gather measurements of AHUs and CCUs for retrofit solution development
• Provide on-site technical support and maintenance to customers located internationally
• Collaborate with international teams to resolve customer issues and ensure customer satisfaction
• Train customers on the use and maintenance of equipment
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance processes and procedures
• Travel frequently to customer sites both domestically and internationally

What you will bring:

• At least 5 years of experience as a Service Engineer
• Strong understanding of electrical and mechanical systems
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics
• 2+ years of experience in BMS systems and programming is a plus
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Solution-oriented mindset
• Willingness to travel internationally as required
• Fluency in English. One or more additional languages is a plus
