Your new company
As the HR Manager, you will join a leading company in the fitness industry. Your new company is fast-paced, growing and passionate about people. Your new company is based in Dublin 22 with parking available. This role is office based. Your new company requires you to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis.

Your new role
As the HR Manager, you will be a key contributor in various areas throughout the business. You will collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement strategies. Work with senior members of the team to design, communicate and implement new processes. You will provide advice and support regarding Employee Relations. Partner with the team to continually improve the employer brand. You will ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws, develop and implement health & safety policies and manage legal compliance, mitigating risks. You will oversee Talent Acquisition for the company, ensuring top talent is being attracted and retained. Proactively work with senior management to design and deliver L&D initiatives. Deliver continuous improvement initiatives, analyse trends and metrics and ensure compliance with company policy and procedure. You will oversee operational aspects of the business also.

What you'll need to succeed
You will hold a relevant degree in HR as well as 5+ years’ experience working in a busy HR environment within a management role. You will have experience of working in stand-alone roles or as part of a small team. You will have strong knowledge of HR Principles & employment Law. You will have excellent attention to detail and advanced knowledge of MS Office and HRIS.
