Your new company
Your new Company is a not-for-profit based in Dublin City Centre. An excellent opportunity for a permanent HR Generalist has arisen to join the team. A hybrid working pattern is in place.

Your new role
In your new role as HR Generalist, you will:
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for your business areas
  • Manage and coordinate the Induction Programme for new starters in collaboration with line managers
  • Manage the probation review process and advise and support managers with the probation process
  • Advise on HR policies & procedures, in line with best practice
  • Write and update policies & procedures
  • Coach and provide advice to Line Managers regarding employee relations issues
  • Provide advice to employees on HR policies and procedures
  • Advise best practice and need for compliance with changing legislation
  • Assist in disciplinary processes including investigating incidents, chairing meetings, issuing documentation and providing advice to Management
  • Oversee administration of payroll by the HR administrator
  • Manage Annual Leave, Sick Leave, Maternity Leave and all other leave
  • Produce HR Reports as required, e.g. starters, leavers, absence, exit interview analysis etc
  • Ensure all HR records are maintained and comply with GDPR
  • Devise and deliver training as agreed
  • Complete HR Project work

What you'll need to succeed
To succeed in this role you will have at least 3+ years’ experience in a similar role operating across all major HR functions. You will hold a HR qualification with good knowledge of HR best practice, recruitment practices and Irish employment legislation. You will be process oriented with excellent communication and relationship building skills with the ability to influence. You will have experience working with a diverse variety of stakeholders and providing excellent customer service to them.
