As the HR Coordinator, you will join a professional team that continues to do important work within the community. As the HR Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing high quality support to the various departments across all aspects of HR. You will work closely with Senior Management to achieve organisational objectives, as well as assisting with any process improvements, collaborating closely with the HR Manager and Director. This role will be involved in various aspects of HR to include: Recruitment, Performance Management, Employee Engagement & Culture, Training, L&D, Data Management & Risk, Benefits & Corporate Responsibility.

You will have recent relevant experience within a HR role. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential as you will be communicating with a diverse range of individuals and stakeholders. You will have experience specifically within Learning & Development. You will also have proficiency using Microsoft Office. Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise your workload while working in a fast-paced environment is required.

You will be rewarded with a competitive salary, . You will be on-site for the first 6 months transitioning to a hybrid model thereafter.
