Your new company are a global medical devices manufacturer. An exciting opportunity has come up for a HR Business Partner to join a HR Team of 4 and lead the people strategy.
Your new role
Your new role is varied and you will act as a HR Partner and manage the end-to-end people lifecycle. You will support in all areas of HR including training and development, employee relations, performance management, managing HR systems, conducting HR audits, project management and leadership and change management.
What you'll need to succeed
To succeed in this role, you will have at least 8 years experience within HR, with the last 3 years being in a HR Business Partnering position. You will have a background of working in a fast-paced environment for example either in manufacturing, production, retail, construction or engineering.
