Irish owned PLC are looking for a Head of FP&A to join their large finance team on a FTC. This company are well known in Europe, and they will provide you with great training to develop your career in the future.

Your new role
In your new role you will be responsible for but not limited to:

• leading the annual budgeting process
• Identify and research variances to forecast, budget and proactively identify opportunities for improvement
• Long term financial planning
• Coaching and developing the team of FP&A Analysts
• Cost control in all areas of the business
• Ad hoc duties

What you'll need to succeed
You will be fully qualified accountant with excellent analytical skills. You will be commercially focused and have the ability to demonstrate strong interpersonal skills and long with a high degree of initiative. You will have experience in leading a team and have the ability to work under pressure. SAP Experience would be an advantage
