General Services Manager - Limerick

Your new role

As a General Services Manager, you will be located in Limerick. They are looking for someone who is a dedicated leader and a driving force for service excellence.
You will manage and develop services across various lines, including catering, DOC and GXP cleaning, and security teams.

• Manage and develop services across our service lines on-site, ensuring service delivery to the highest standards in line with client contract requirements.
• Drive service excellence and ensure customer satisfaction through strong people management skills.
• Ensure a safe, compliant environment by following processes and escalating gaps to resolution.
• Manage subcontractors in areas such as pest control, groundskeeping, and other facility management services.
• Review and ensure strong financial performance, meeting all health, safety, food safety, and legislative requirements.
• Work closely with SME support teams in finance, health and safety, quality, and human resources to utilize their expertise.
• Support the ROI operations lead in developing business strategy in line with current and emerging client needs.
• Ensure consistent and effective governance at each site versus agreed Vested Contract criteria.

What you'll need to succeed

• Proven experience of managing large sites with multidisciplined teams.
• Exceptional client relationship management skills.

• Strong people management skills.
• Ability to develop commercially viable solutions based on rigorous techniques to understand client and contractual needs.
• Ability to manage multiple workloads and shifting priorities in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
• Ability to interpret and utilize complex and varied financial and commercial information.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with customers, clients, and employees at all levels.
• Self-motivated and able to work on own initiative within a team environment.
• Proven track record of initiating and leading demanding business change programs.
• Excellent communication, negotiating, influencing, and facilitating skills.
• Innovative, with a ‘can do & improve’ attitude.
