Your new role
as a Fund Accounting Supervisor your core responsibility is to ensure that the final NAV is released to the Market in an accurate and timely fashion. You must utilise your own skills & industry experience to design and lead initiatives that will create efficiencies & reduce risk. This position opens doors within our fast-expanding business. Placing you within a team where you will be directly responsible for ensuring that we can deliver the very best for our clients and continue to change and adapt to match client, regulatory and market needs. Someone who can work well within a small highly experienced team of Fund accountants in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Our Fund Accounting department provides a comprehensive, established, industry leading oversight service model that has seen huge growth in recent years. While the overall objective of this role is to ensure the seamless delivery of activities required to produce Fund’s Net Asset Valuations (NAVs). The Fund accountant supervisor role will entrust you with the responsibility of managing the deliverables from a diverse group of offshore accountants and will allow the successful candidate to use their own industry experience and to hone their own leadership skills and act as a staging point for the next step into management.
What you'll need to succeed
You must have 5 years’ experience In fund accounting to be successful. You must also have a track record of managing projects and exercising leadership. Additionally preferred is a bachelor's or university degree. The successful person will be analytically minded, with a background in math and statistics.
