Your new company
Your new company has over 25 years experience in the construction industry with an excellent reputation for building innovative, modern homes to high standards of design and finish. They now seek an experienced Foreman to join an exciting development. It’s an exceptional new build project consisting of 2 bed bungalows, 3/4 bed houses together with 1, 2 and 3 bed apartments and a gym.

Your new role
Your new role will require you to demonstrate strong leadership and organisational skills, managing subcontractors and labourers, while simultaneously ensuring the site operates efficiently. You will be trusted with the scheduling of work on a daily, weekly and monthly basis, the ordering and management of materials while maintaining a safe working environment. You must have detailed knowledge of H&S protocols.

What you'll need to succeed
You will have 5+ years’ Foreman/Site management experience with a trade background. You will have experience in residential / mixed development construction along with a proven record of seeing projects through from greenfield to completion. The ability to lead, use initiative and be self-motivated is crucial with a strong sense of ownership and responsibility for tasks/projects.

What you'll get in return
You will work as part of a high performing team. An excellent package will be put in place for you, with a basic salary of €65,000 – €75,000 depending on your experience with a company vehicle / allowance, pension and healthcare and bonus. The company has a long pipeline of work with the aim of moving on to their next project due to start next year.
