Finishing Foreman / Finishing Site Manager required for projects in North Dublin & Meath, excellent packages

A leading main contractor who operate across Ireland & the UK specialising in large scale educational and industrial projects. With over 60+ years in the industry, this company has built a strong reputation for delivering complex projects on time and to budget. As a result of expansion, they require a number of experienced foremen and site managers for finishing works across Meath & North Dublin.
Your new role
You will be responsible for the supervision of plastering, slabbing 1st and 2nd fix work. You will be responsible for the implementation of daily and weekly programmes. You will be responsible for managing labourers and sub contractors ensuring that they are motivated and the work is completed to the highest standard. You must have a sound knowledge of H&S.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have experience working as a Finishing Foreman with a main contractor on preferably large scale school or office block projects. You will have strong knowledge of supervising trades such as a Carpenters, Plasterers and Painters. Strong attention to detail and be willing to travel from time-to-time to projects across the listed areas.
