What you'll need to succeed
You must be a Qualified Accountant - ACA, Chartered, CPA, ACCA, CIMA with the necessary skills to lead a finance team, technical accounting, people management, solid planning and organisational skills, together with good commercial acumen. Hospitality experience is necessary to be successful.

A starting salary of €75,000, with movement if you have the right experience.

The company is a profitable, successful business with over 340 employees with multimillion euro investments to ensure the future is very bright. There is a finance staff of 5, and you will join to lead the team as a replacement for the existing Financial Controller. Your new role
The position is part of the executive committed with complete automony, you will have a strong influence on the business' direction. You will report and work closely with the General Manager and be responsible for the overall financial planning and analysis, forecasting, budgeting, and internal control of the business. To ensure that robust internal controls in line with best practice are in place across the company and to ensure they are followed by all.
- Produce Monthly Management Accounts.
- Manage a finance team of 4.
- Financial planning and analysis, forecasting, budgeting, and internal control.
- Revenue Returns VAT/PAYE.
- Manage Debtors and cash-flow reporting.
- Ensure that robust internal controls that are in line with best practice are in place across the company and to ensure they are followed by all.
- Reporting to the General Manager to ensure that all the objectives under the key financial result areas are achieved.
- Responsible for the timely financial reporting to management.
- Demonstrate sound commercial judgement.
