Your new role
You will report directly to the CFO and the vision for this role is to develop into the Head of Finance in the coming years as the finance department expands along with company turnover. You will manage all aspects of the month-end accounting process, producing management accounts, manage the audit process and taxation while also getting involved in every aspect of the business from a financial standpoint. The role will give you exposure to all elements of accounts prep and financial accounting, as well as leaning heavily on cost accounting principles and financial analysis as the manufacturing facility comes on stream and production increases.
This is a varied and hand-on role with unrivalled potential for growth and progression within the company.
What you'll need to succeed
You will be a qualified accountant holding an ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualification. Industry experience is preferable but not essential. Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, as well as excellent attention to detail are a must for this role. This role will require flexibility and someone who is not afraid to "roll their sleeves up" and get involved in every aspect of the business and become immersed into the role. The company are scaling up and require someone with an abundance of energy, enthusiasm and determination to help drive this growth and achieve their targets.
What you'll get in return
You will get a very competitive market salary of up to €60,000 per annum and the role is also on a hybrid working basis with 3 days per week in the office.
