Your new role

• Assisting with preparation of the Quarterly Board Pack.
• Assisting with preparation of Year End Accounts and liaising with auditors.
• Intercompany reconciliations.
• Maintenance and review of the General Ledger for mis postings and misanalysis.
• Monthly Service Charge Reports
• Monthly Wages Postings
• Maintenance of Fixed Asset Register, calculation of Depreciation Charges.
• Preparation of bi-monthly VAT returns / RCT Returns
• Reconciliations - Debtors/Creditors/Bank

What you'll need to succeed

• Must have property industry experience. Construction experience may also be considered.
• Qualified or QBE with a minimum of 5 years relevant accounting experience.
• Experience working in a similar role in industry
• Ability to work on your own initiative.
