Financial Accountant Job - Qualified Accountant - Property Management - Dublin - Hybrid working

Your new company
Your new company is a reputable SME property management company operating in the UK & Ireland, with expertise in commercial property. Due to growth, they are looking for an experienced accountant to join their finance team. This company has an excellent company culture with a close-knit and supportive team environment.

Your new role
Reporting to the Group Financial Accountant you will join a small and experienced finance team. Your duties will be financial accounting focused and will include but are not limited to:

  • Prepare financial, management and group reporting within tight deadlines
  • Prepare the annual audit file and act as a point of contact with auditors
  • Budgeting and forecasting
  • Monitoring expenditure costs including analysis & review
  • Delivering internal and external reporting within fixed timeframes.
  • Bank reconciliations and intercompany accounting
  • Preparation of VAT returns for both Irish and UK companies

What you'll need to succeed
  • Ideally, you must be a fully qualified accountant with 3+ years’ PQE, coming from the property industry, however qualified by experience candidates may be considered if they have property experience
  • Experience with Qube Property Software or Yardi Accounts Software
  • Strong excel and analysis skills

What you'll get in return
You will be rewarded for your hard work with a competitive salary of €60,000 - €70,000 depending on experience. Other benefits include pension contribution of 5%, healthcare, discretionary bonus and membership/subscription fees paid. They offer hybrid working with Monday and Friday working from home and flexible working hours.
