Finance Manager Job - Dublin City South Hybrid Working - Pharma
Your new company
You will join an exciting organisation in the pharma industry. With operations across Europe and the US, this company is going through a huge growth spurt and are looking for a driven Finance Manager to join the Finance team on a permanent basis.
Your new role
In this new role as the Finance Manager, you will report directly to the CFO, acting as second in charge as you progress and ultimately should be driven to grow into a CFO role over time. Joining a finance team of 7, you will have 3 direct reports and will manage all the day to day operation finance, month end and audit. Your duties will include but are not limited to:
• Manage the finance team, encouraging ongoing personal and professional development
• Full oversight of all financial reporting and month end close activities for multiple entities/locations
• Monthly and quarterly reporting and analysis, with insightful commentary and presentation
• Prepare statutory accounts, liaising with external auditors and stakeholders as required
• Preparation and presentation of accurate financial statements and reports for stakeholders.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to ensure effective financial planning and operational efficiency, along with Finance Business Partner
• Work to create strong business partnering relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with company goals and growth plans.
• Monitor cash flow and liquidity
• Collaborate cross-departmentally to streamline financial processes and improve operational efficiency across all locations
• Contribute to strategic and commercial decision making with senior management by providing insight and financial analysis to support

What you'll need to succeed
- You will ideally be a fully qualified accountant but candidates who are qualified by experience with pharma, manufacturing or agri industry experience should still apply
- You will have people management experience for 2+ years
- You will be a team player who is not afraid to roll up their sleeves and can adapt as the business grows and evolves
