Facilities Administrator - Dublin 22 - €35000.00 per annum

There is a very exciting opportunity for you to join growing Irish facilities management company and they are seeking quality candidates to provide strong support to their customers and office team. My client is looking to hire a Facilities Administrator to provide further support to their team.

Your new role
You will be part of a dynamic team, supporting and actioning all reactive call requests from clients to comply with strict SLA, dealing with daily customer & contractor queries, scheduling all planned preventative maintenance visits for a team of engineers and sub-contractors. While also ensuring availability of all materials and equipment for engineers in advance of calls.

What you'll need to succeed
You will ideally have 3 years’ experience in a similar position. It is important that you are a highly organised individual and have the ability to prioritise effectively, you will have strong attention to detail and be proactive with a hands-on approach and a can-do attitude.
