Your new company

As Executive Officer, you will join a professional team in one of Ireland’s most reputable independent statutory authorities within Health & Social Care. Your new role is located in Dublin City with hybrid working options (2-3 days in the office). Your new company requires you to join their team for 6 months.

Your new role

As Executive Officer, you will join the regulatory support team. The remit of the role encompasses administrative duties, project support, stakeholder engagement and the execution of quality activities.

Your day-to-day duties will include supervising the teams Clerical Officer, carrying out quality assurance and quality control checks, record management, managing correspondences, meeting coordination and minuting, supporting the organisation of events, coordination and development of new policies, SOPs and training guides and all general administration that falls into your new role.

This is a great opportunity for you to gain excellent executive support experience within a reputable Irish public sector organisation.

What you'll need to succeed

To become Executive Officer, you will ideally have recent relevant experience in a similar administrative position providing executive support to senior management. Strong minute-taking skills are necessary. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential as you will be communicating with a diverse range of stakeholders. Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite & CRMs along with strong written skills and the ability to meet tight deadlines is required.

With clear and relevant examples of your career achievements within an executive support capacity with proficient administrative and stakeholder management skills, you will be a very strong candidate for this role.
