Executive Assistant - Dublin 2 - €50,000-€60,000 per annum

There is a very exciting opportunity for you to join an international online fashion retailer. My client is looking to hire a Executive Assistant who is keen to gain experience in a fast-paced global organisation to provide further support to their team.
Your new role
You will be part of a dynamic team, providing full administrative support to the Business Development Manager. Acting as the point of contact among executives, employees, clients and other external partners, managing information flow in a timely and accurate manner, arranging calendars and setting up meetings. You will also support with ad hoc projects and other duties relevant to any other task assigned.
What you'll need to succeed
You will ideally be fluent in French or Italian with 3 years’ experience in a Executive Assistant position. It is important that you are a highly organised individual and have the ability to prioritise effectively, you will have strong attention to detail and be proactive with a hands-on approach and a can-do attitude.
