Your new role

As an Employee Relations Executive, you will be responsible for providing advice to members on areas such as but not limited to redundancies, wage negotiations, industrial relations, legislative changes. Where necessary, you will represent members in third party hearings, ensuring that updated employment law and HR advice is provided throughout the process. You will conduct investigations for employee relations complaints, grievances, and breaches of Company/ Regulatory procedures. Maintaining good collaborative relations with Managers and Trade Union representatives is also a key part of this role.

What you'll need to succeed

You will ideally have minimum 3+ years’ experience in a similar role; strong HR generalist experience with expert knowledge in an ER and IR. You will have strong negotiation and interpersonal skills. You will be able to work on initiative and multitask. You will have proven experience across industrial relations, understanding and implementing directives, wage negotiations, WRC, redundancies and more. CIPD qualification desirable.
