Electrical Project Manager required to manage EV charging and other electrical projects.

Our client is one of the leading Lighting and EV charging specialist contractors in Ireland. They now have a fantastic opportunity for a Project Manager to join their team.
Responsibilities:
  • Ensure projects are delivered meeting the respective safety, quality and cost objectives of the business and clients
  • Analyse and report portfolio performance including KPI monitoring, budget, cost control, risk management, client billing, cash flow and implementing rapid recovery as required
    Actively partake in the implementation of business operating systems to improve efficiency throughout the organisation, specifically but not limited to the area of project management
  • Managing project tasks from sales order and terms with QS & client team, maintaining client relationships, delivering scope through effective planning, scheduling & resourcing approach
    Actively work on implementing your career development plan
The Person:
  • Qualified Level 8 Degree in Project Management or Energy/ Mechanical/ Electrical/ Civil Engineering
  • Strong technical understanding of the electrical construction/utility industry
  • Minimum 5 years Project Management experience delivering projects.
  • Evidence of strong commercial acumen and client relationship management
  • Experience of applying lean principles to work activities.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills to ensure projects are completed on schedule.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for conveying project goals and updates.
  • Strong people skills
  • Excellent IT skills using Microsoft's suite of products, particularly Excel.
  • You can make ethical decisions, especially when faced with challenging situations.
  • Familiarity with project management tools to streamline planning, tracking, and reporting processes.
  • You must have a customer-oriented mindset to ensure that project outcomes align with client expectations.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changes in project scope, schedules, and priorities.
