Your new company
Your new company is a not-for-profit and they are looking for you to join their team. Due to some internal movement, there is a vacancy for an Executive Assistant to the CEO.

Your new role
As part of your new role, you will plan, coordinate, and ensure the CEO’s schedule is efficiently managed. You will also act as a gatekeeper for direct access to the CEO’s time and office. You will work proactively to enhance the effectiveness of the CEO, gathering information and preparing briefing notes as necessary for both internal and external meetings and events, supporting directly at such events when required.

What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed in your new role you will have excellent project management skills. You will have a proven record at providing high level administrative support in a fast-paced environment, along with having excellent time management, prioritisation, and multi-tasking skills. Excellent communication skills: verbal, written, report writing and presentation are essential.
