A leading mechanical and electrical engineering contractor operating across Ireland, the UK and mainland Europe are seeking a Document Controller to join their multi-disciplined engineering and construction team permanent basis. This role is based in their Limerick office and offers a competitive salary, generous annual leave balance along with career progression opportunities. You will be joining an enthusiastic experienced team as well as working closely and supporting the engineering and construction team

Your new role
As a Document Controller within this fast-paced organisation you will report to the Office Manager, responsibilities work as part of our high-performance team to ensure all project administration systems and records are correctly created, stored and maintained, support the Document Controller and completes project administrative and general duties as assigned by the Project Manager, Log and tracks all outgoing RFI and design team queries, and Update live schedules on the server and ensure most recent copies are always available. This role is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is looking to advance their career development and knowledge within the industry

What you'll need to succeed
Ideally you will have experience as a Document Controller/Administrator coming from an engineering/construction environment. Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Outlook etc.), excellent interpersonal High level of attention to detail coupled with excellent organizational skills, Prompt resolution and issuance skills and a high level of attention to details. Communication skills and the ability to multitask with excellent phone manner
