Your new company
As Document Controller you will join a leading Irish semi-state utility company who are responsible for the delivery and maintenance of utilities across Ireland. Your new office is conveniently located in Dublin City Centre and is easily accessible via public transport. Your new company offer hybrid working options and will require you to join their team on a minimum 9 months temporary basis

Your new role
As Document Controller you will join a transformation project team and will be responsible for ensuring quality and accuracy of their content management systems as per ISO 9001 standards. Your duties will include but are not limited to managing and controlling various documentation, managing the flow of documentation and information between stakeholders, developing and maintaining trackers and tools as necessary to support metrics and documentation tracking, report preparation, making recommendations for continuous improvements, promoting and driving efficient information sharing and all general administrative and ad-hoc duties that gall into your new role.

What you'll need to succeed
You will ideally have recent relevant experience in a similar document control role with knowledge and understanding of document control processes. You will have strong IT skills with proficiency using Microsoft Office Suite, knowledge of enterprise content management systems (ECM), ex Alfresco or SharePoint etc. is an advantage. Experience of quality management systems operating to ISO 9001 is an advantage. You will have excellent attention to detail with the ability to work on a broad range of tasks and prioritise your workload meet tight project deadlines. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are important as you will liaising with a range of stakeholders daily.

With clear and relevant examples of your career achievements within a similar environment with proficient document control and systems experience, you will be a very strong candidate for this role.
