Are you an experienced distribution professional with an attention to detail mindset and looking for a new and exciting opportunity? My client is a global multi service supplier looking for a driven distribution & supply chain professional to lead their distribution team.

Your new role
In your new role you will be managing a distribution team country wide overseeing a team of 30. Supporting your distribution team while managing a fast paced workforce including the teams KPI's, cost management, profit & loss. You will be reporting to the general manager and delegating to the distribution supervisor. You main functions will include planning the companies distribution, relief drivers and ensuring KPI's are met.

Your new role will initially start as an onsite role in which you will be getting used to the role and building relationships with your colleagues with then an option to work hybrid / flexible working hours.

What you'll need to succeed
To succeed in this role you will have between 3-5 years experience in a distribution/ operations role with driven mindset and having attention to detail is key. You will have good excel, Profit & Loss and organisational skills as well as proven people management skills. The client is looking for someone that can keep up to date on their teams KPI's and to be a leader in their role.
