Your new role

As a Digital Marketing & CRM Specialist, you will play a key role in developing and maintaining loyalty and renewal programmes. You will manage digital touchpoints across the customer journey, ensuring seamless integration with brand and dealer networks. This includes executing targeted email/SMS campaigns, analysing conversion data, and optimising customer engagement strategies. You will also act as a key user of the Salesforce CRM platform, providing expertise, reporting, and support for internal and external stakeholders. Collaboration with digital teams, brand managers, and sales teams will be central to delivering initiatives that enhance customer experience and retention.

What you'll need to succeed

• Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline.

• Proven experience with Salesforce CRM.

• Minimum of 4 years’ experience in financial services or a similar business process role.

• Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel and PowerPoint).

• Knowledge of automotive financial services practices and customer experience processes.

• Experience in database segmentation and lead generation.

• Excellent organisational skills and ability to meet strict deadlines.

• Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail and numeracy skills.

• Understanding of GDPR and customer marketing permissions.

• Strong communication skills, a team player, and the ability to work on your own initiative.

• Fluent written and spoken English.
