Your new role
As the Deliveries Administrator you will report to the Department Manager. Responsibilities will include Ensuring documents are uploaded in the correct categorization and naming convention, Auditing the upload of documentation by the department to ensure accuracy, attending weekly team meetings and managing the minutes and any additional ad hoc duties which may be assigned from time to time and day-to-day queries.

What you'll need to succeed
You will need proven experience working in a fast-paced environment as an Administrator along Strong IT skills particularly in MS-Office, secretarial course an advantage . In additional you must have excellent attention to detail, the ability to work without close supervision and knowledge of minute books
