Technical Customer Service Representative.

Our client is a leading supplier within the medical device field.
Your new role
A technical Customer Support Representative will advocate for our customers, ensuring they receive exceptional service.
- Coordinate and manage the sales order process: orders, acknowledgements, invoicing, credits, etc.
- Serve as the liaison between customers, the sales team, operations, quality, and technical: ensure accurate and timely information is shared.
- Collaborate with manufacturing to meet committed delivery dates.
- Address customer and sales team enquiries promptly.
- Oversee the contract review process for new products and customers.
- Provide timely support to the sales team.
3rd Level Degree
Experience in customer service within a manufacturing or technical environment is essential.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Capable of developing and implementing strategic business plans based on core business factors.
Experience of reading technical drawings.
Contract review experience.
