Customer Service Representative - Wexford - Hybrid Model
Your new company
My client is a multinational consumer credit reporting agency and they looking to hire a Customer Service Representative to provide further support to their team for a new project which expects to run for 6 months although there is a possible view to permanency.
Your new role
In your new role as, Customer Service Representative you will work as part of the Complaint Handling team and will be required to provide customer service support to the organisation by dealing with queries from customers and follow escalation procedures to resolve customer queries in relation to products and services.
What you'll need to succeed
You will ideally have recent relevant experience in a similar role with the ability to work on a broad range of tasks and meet tight deadlines. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential as you will be communicating with a diverse range of individuals and stakeholders. With clear and relevant examples of your career achievements within a similar environment with proficient Administrative and Customer Service skills you will be a very strong candidate for this role.
