This company provides a range of banking, financial and related services and are currently seeking a customer service representative for their offices in Airside Swords, Co. Dublin. The offices are easily accessible with parking available.
Your new role
Your new role will be to provide an excellent level of customer service over the phone and to assist and provide solutions for any issue which may arise by taking the appropriate action and ensuring that every customer’s experience on the phone is as streamlined and efficient as possible. You will receive extensive training when you start, you will learn about the bank’s services, the bespoke IT systems and of course how to handle the calls.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful, experience within a customer service role would be desirable with strong communication skills. Problem solving skills and an ability to work well under pressure would be an advantage to you. If you have great communication and organization skills and can work of your own initiative, then this is the role for you!
What you'll get in return

There is view to extend this contract which will add to your knowledge and experience in the industry. You will work a 37-hour week Monday - Friday and earn a newly updated competitive hourly rate of €14.55 per hour.
