Customer Service Administrator | 6months | Cork | €30-32K DOE

Your new company are a leading organisation within the utilities industry. They are committed to growth, innovation and sustainability continues to be top of their agenda. They now require a Customer Service Administrator to join their team in Cork on a temporary basis.
Your new role
The team manages a database of 720,000 customers and is responsible for managing the Change of Supplier process for suppliers and customers. You will process change of supplier requests via CRM and commercial customer historic consumption reports. You will assist with inbox queries, mainly by email, reporting and other ad-hoc duties as required.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have previous experience in a similar role, and ideally you will have experience in the utilities/energy sector. You will have knowledge of CRM systems. You will be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and be computer literate. You will have excellent attention to detail and a strong customer focus.
