Customer Engagement Specialist – Competitive Salary – Remote/hybrid – Initial 9-month contract


Your new company
Would you like to work for one of Ireland’s leading banks? They are looking for a confident and process driven candidates to join their team for an initial 9-month maternity leave cover with the view to extend after. It is a remote role, but attendance in an AIB location a day or two a week would be preferable but can work with the successful applicants on this. You will be joining a flexible working environment with great room for development.

Your new role
Your new role centres around being involved talking to customers over a recorded line & bringing them through regulatory questions & initiating a credit application.

What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful you will require to hold an APA certificate in Loans and Regulations at a minimum. Previous experience within a banking environment would be preferred.
