Credit Bank Official - 12 month Assignment - Dublin/Hybrid

Would you like to work for one of Ireland’s leading banks? Their offices in Central Park are currently looking for a Credit Bank Official to join a team that works with credit and arrears management. You will start this role on a hybrid basis, and attend the offices 2 days a week.
Your new role
Your new role centres around a customer-engagement, interacting with customers via inbound and outbound calls. You will be dealing with customers by collecting arrears on their current accounts and loans. You will look at the credit and lending side of things, by sending applications to the credit team and restructure accounts. You will be helping take payments, setting up repayment plans, issuing letters to customers, reviewing documents, admin duties.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful, you will have previous experience being oh the phone, dealing with various types of customers and have the qualifications with great customer service experience and a willingness to learn. You will also need to have a minimum of APA in Loans and Regulations. If you have great communication and organization skills and can work of your own initiative, then this is the role for you!
