Your new role
As a Counter Sales Associate you will report to the Office Manager, responsibilities include serving customers while answering queries via phone/email when required, assisting with cycle counting and stock taking, liaising with the Warehouse and Yard staff to help fulfil incoming orders whilst dealing with other requests to support the busy operation as and when required. This role is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is looking for career development and knowledge within the industry.

What you'll need to succeed
Ideally you will have knowledge of the industry, strong work ethic, excellent interpersonal and customer service skills, the ability to work within a team environment and to meet deadlines while working off your own initiative. Strong MS Office experience, and the ability to multitask with excellent phone manner.
