A worldwide lessor company are seeking a Corporate Administrator to join their expanding team. This is a permanent role with a hybrid model and the opportunity to travel nationwide from time to time. Your new role
You will be reporting to the Senior Client Manager whom you will work closely with. You will be responsible for a range of duties such as develop and communicate preparing bank account opening documentation and preparing KYC for client bank account opening, liaising with the client and with banks in relation to client bank account opening, Maintaining accounts payable and accounts receivable listings, Dealing efficiently with staff in other departments and external clients including queries by e-mail and telephone and Ad hoc administration duties including the compilation of numeric and written reports and other ad hoc work, as may be assigned from time to time.

What you'll need to succeed
You will need proven record in a similar role along with knowledge of KYC and preparing VAT and other tax registration forms. You will also need strong organisational, communication and presentation skills, Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and Ability to work on your own initiative.
