Contracts Coordinator | Dublin City/Hybrid | 12-month Assignment | €35,000 - €45,000

Your new company
As Contracts Coordinator you will join a leading Irish semi-state utility company who are responsible for the delivery and maintenance of utilities across Ireland. Your new office in conveniently located in Dublin City and is accessible via public transport however your team are offering a hybrid working model. Your new company require you to join their team for at least 12 months.

Your new role
As Contracts Coordinator you will be responsible for ensuring a large / varied portfolio of contracts that have gone through the tendering process are assembled , validated for accuracy, approved and correctly executed by the appropriate authorities in line with the businesses internal governance controls and by winning suppliers. our day-to-day duties will include but are not limited to extensive complex contract assembly of soft copy contracts extracting from multiple documents / defined editing ,proofing and administration tasks. You will also liaise with key stakeholders on a daily basis to finalise contracts and meet tight deadlines.

What you'll need to succeed
You will ideally have recent relevant experience in a similar role with proven ability to work with large volume of documentation. A third level qualification in a related discipline such as Business Administration is desirable but not essential. Strong communication, interpersonal and written skills are essential as you will be communicating with a diverse range of individuals and stakeholders. Proficiency using MS Suite is essential, experience using DocuSign or another e-signature application is desirable. Proofreading skills and excellent attention to detail is key to successfully carry out this role.
