Content Assistant - Dublin - Public Sector - €55,000

Your new company
As Sustainability Content Assistant you will join a leading Irish semi-state utility company who are responsible for the delivery and maintenance of utilities across Ireland. Your new office is conveniently located in Dublin City Centre and is easily accessible via public transport. Your new company offer hybrid working options and will require you to join their team on a minimum 6 months on a temporary assignment. The role will operate Monday to Friday (9am to 5pm – 35hour working week).

Your new role
As Sustainability Content Assistant you will assist the Sustainability and Innovation department to create content for internal and external communications mainly using Microsoft Office Suites. You will be responsible for developing and implementing their internal communications to build and grow the understanding of the Sustainability agenda within the company in line with the corporate communications strategy. This role is responsible for creating refined, detailed content for internal and external use adhering to brand image and voice for the Sustainability and Innovation department.

What you'll need to succeed
You will have strong Microsoft Office Suite skills including PowerPoint and Excel, design software experience such as Canva or Adobe is also essential . Content experience is strongly desired. Experience developing and implementing effective communication slides for internal and external use and the ability to edit and proofread written pieces before publication is necessary. You will have the commercial acumen to turn broad content in to concise messaging which fits the purpose of the brief given. You will need to understand the different types of data in Excel and use appropriate functions to work with them to analyse and present data through informative designs. Ensuring consistency in terms of voice, branding, messaging throughout is essential. Excellent written, verbal and communication skills are required.
