This contractor is seeking a Project Manager as a result of their continued growth throughout Leinster.

Your new role
As part of your new role, you will demonstrate key knowledge on the delivery of construction projects in the areas of budgeting, scheduling, procurement, quality, and risk. You will liaise with operations staff, suppliers, clients and project teams on a daily basis and as per the project’s requirements. You will review all documentation and design specifications, highlighting inconsistencies to reduce the changes required during the construction phase along with being responsible for your on-site team.

What you'll need to succeed
The successful candidate will ideally have 5+ years of experience in a Project Manager or similar role working on large scale projects. You will hold a degree in a construction related discipline with experience of working with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint etc. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are a must with the ability to present information effectively to employees and management
